Veneer is the most natural way of making furniture. Thus while selecting veneer sheets, it is crucial to choose the premium grade veneers for production. Production of veneer edgebanding requires special attention, the reason being that a beautiful wood edge treatment has the capability to improve the quality of the furniture. At TECE, EVA based hot melt is used for all pre-glued edgebandings. Per one square meter, approximately 400 gr of hotmelt is put. This is to ensure consistent retention of all the physical properties of edges at different weather conditions in future, regardless of the matter how the edgebanding is used.
